Hello there! Recently I have been so busy with my school
work that I’m kind of neglecting my usual work out routine to go to the gym.
I
have been sleeping so little and burning so much midnight oil that I also
recently fell sick and was down with a slight fever. But now that I have
recovered alittle, I have decided to dedicate some of my precious time into
working out.
Training a wide range of body
parts from biceps , triceps , forearm , back , legs and chest ! No pain no gain
right? Nowadays, I have hardly any time
to head down to the gym but I have decided that this won’t do. So, last
Saturday , I dedicated my 2 hours of time which should be spent on doing
assignments to head to the gym !
Although I have dumbbells at home to do some home-workout, but nothing
beats the wide range of equipments at the gym for you to use right?! There is
only so much you can do with just dumbbells only at home… IF only I have a room
dedicated for gym equipments ! How nice could that be? But it will be
impossible. The equipments are way too expensive. Haha. Sometimes, i just wonder why dumbbells are in certain shapes. Who knows next time there will be like dumbbells shaped in a triangular form or something ! It will be cool!
Ugh. Gym isn't always easy. It’s hard to gain,
but I will still do it. Being healthy is important after all. GYM TIMEEEEE !!!!
