Green Tea-rific.



First day into the tutorial week, and here I am doing assignments. BUT I have decided to go for a short jog at night to relieve the stress that have been building up.

 It’s too late at night and I can’t possibly head to the gym which is not open, so I will head to my usual jogging route, Punggol park connector. There is just simply relaxing and quiet but it can really help. It’s like a nature’s way of giving therapy to relax our minds. 

After jogging for awhile, I would head to a nearby 7-eleven to get my drinks to hydrate myself. Yes, I know I should be drinking like plain water or H20 or something but who cares ! 

My favorite drink is green tea after all ! Although I am trying to switch my addiction and love for green tea towards the sugarless one but it doesn’t hurt to have this haha. It’s like my drug ! Hehe. Guess I will have to run extra to burn off those sugar ! Oh well.
